At Kartilio, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. Each item is checked thoroughly before dispatch. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur, and this policy outlines how we handle shipping, returns, and exchanges.
Shipping Policy
We currently deliver our products across India. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery timelines typically range from 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and the courier partner. During festive seasons or high-demand periods, slight delays may occur.
Customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once the order has been shipped. Kartilio works with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, delivery times are only estimates, and Kartilio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders above ₹499, while orders below this amount may include a nominal shipping fee as specified during checkout.
Return & Replacement Policy
At Kartilio, your satisfaction is important to us. Since many of our products are custom-made or personalized, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an incorrect product has been delivered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@kartilio.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the case and guide you through the return or replacement process.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition in which it was received. Products that show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received at our facility, we will initiate the refund or replacement within 7–10 working days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase. For prepaid orders, please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credited amount.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized products made to order
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
Kartilio reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
